Storage and documents studying Center of the Krasnoyarsk region is structural subdivision (exercising department rights) of Committee on affairs of Krasnoyarsk region administration archives. In this Center store documents of non-governmental part of Archival fund of Krasnoyarsk region: regional, district, city and regional committees of parties and Komsomol, the primary party and Komsomol organizations of 1920-1991 years documents; collection documents of party archive, documents of the political organizations 1991-2004, documents of personal archives, collections of memoirs.
Collection documents of party, Yenisei provincial district and district committees of a party of 1920th years archive contain data about Poles taking part in revolutionary movement and battling with partisans within Civil war. In Yenisei provincial, district and district committees of a party and Komsomol documents, reports of plenums and bureau sessions, materials of mass-agitation departments national minorities sections are available lists, reviews, data about number of Poles in different districts, their percentage and quantitative parity with other nationalities occupying the given territory, about places of compact settlement of Poles, about their cultural and mass work, about the Polish national schools, about a condition of an agriculture, about the national Village Soviets. In information reports of party authorities it is possible to allocate separate messages on the attitude of Poles to the Soviet authority and the actions which are carried out under aegis of a party and Komsomol, about the Polish religiousness and Catholic arrivals in territory of region. The data about Poles moved to region during collectivization are stored in documents of district committees of a party for 1930-1950, taking place in region on the exiled settlement, about their accommodation, the household and economic situation, about removal of accusations, about the Polish religiousness.
Besides documents of party district committees inform on an economic, household, cultural life of Poles living in compact settlements in territory of region down to their liquidation in 1950-1970 years.
Documents of party regional committee available in personal fund of A.F. Voroshko allow to recreate a history of re-equipment of a former building of a church in an organ hall.
There are memoirs of veterans of the Polish Army in a collection of memoirs of veterans of Great Patriotic War.
In " The National Cultural autonomy " the Polish House " described 49 affairs on cultural and educational activity of a national society in Krasnoyarsk region.
Everyone who interested in information about a history of Poles in territory of Krasnoyarsk region can work in a reading room of the Center. Readers in a reading room are passed with the personal application. The readers who are conducting scientific work according to the plan of scientific institutes or carrying out service tasks have to give letters of the organizations which have directed them. In personal applications or letters a full name, a position, an academic status and a degree, a theme and chronological frameworks of researches is indicated. Persons who have not reached 18 years are not allowed to independent work in a reading room. They can be present as assistants at a reading room together with the persons who have reached majority. There are special lessons about historical study of local lore for this category of users. During these lessons pupils work with archival documents for preparation a school museum exposition or writing an article. The reading room of the Center works all the days long weeks, except for Saturday and Sunday, from 9.00 till 17.00.

In 2005 Center assumes to create a card file " Poles in Yeniseisk region in documents of 1917-2004 ", by results of this activity to inform a national cultural autonomy about the done work.
