“Stalinomania” in Krasnoyarsk is assuming unhabitual, strange aspects. Three individuals have ordered with different Krasnoyarsk artists the creation of car tattoos representing Stalin.
Well-off people want to see Josef Stalin on their cars. One of them is the owner of a very rare “Pobeda”, the other two are the owners of esteemed foreign types. The tattoos will have a size between 40 cm and 1 meter. The costs for their creation amount to several hundred dollars.
