On 18.04.42 the German family REICH, kolkhoz farmers, was deported by the Soviets from the colony of NOVOSARATOVKA, district of VSEVOLOZHSK (Prigorodny in earlier times), LENINGRAD region (on the right bank of the River Neva, opposite the Rybatski prospect):
They had to get off the train in KANSK and were taken to TASSEYEVO (district town). Heinrich Iwanovich was called up into the "Trud-Army", but soon after he was discharged due to his bad state of health. He returned to his family in TASSEYEVO, where all of them stayed to live until their release from exile on 09.02.56. Later, they moved to Krasnoyarsk.
Ch. REICH received her rehabilitation on 02.06.98 by the St. Petersburg and Leningrad regional GUVD (Main Administration of Internal Affairs).
